I have flat feet - not only no arches but my foot is thin top to bottom. So the Velcro straps are so perfect for my thin feet. Also there is a fair amount of arch support. And the thick soles are soooo comfortable. A great buy!!

My feet have started to swell at the most undesirable times, away from home! With these I can adjust accordingly and carry on with my mission! Just ordered a second pair.
