This is my 2nd time purchasing this shoe. Had to return my first pair as my customary size ran way too big. The return process was awkward and I had to follow-up with customer service to receive the credit. Once received, I re-ordered and received the shoes quickly. These shoes are well-constructed, good fabric quality and provide good support.

Wonderful slip-on for in-house (or otherwise) with surprisingly good cushioning in the ball of the foot and heel--very good added relief for plantar fasciitis.

Fantastic! For all of my adult life, shoes have been the bane of my existence. Not only do I wear a size 12 wide, but I've had three surgeries on one foot and have a bunion on the other.
