Orders may not be cancelled once they have shipped. To see the status of your order please click here. If you see that your order is in "Processing" or "Pending" status please submit a request to cancel on that page. All other statuses are ineligible for cancellation.
If your order is in "Your Order Is Awaiting Fulfilment" or "Shipping In-Stock Items" statuses, you may cancel the preorder items within them up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) in advance of the ship date (business days only).
