They seem fine now that I returned the first pair and reordered a wider size. They are narrower than the other shoe that I bought from Easy Spirit. I have had good luck dealing with Easy Spirit and will buy from there again in the future.

Due to spinal fusion I cannot lace up shoes. The zipper closure is easier for me to do myself. Also the arch support and cushioning are very good. I also like that a pet peeve I have about most sneakers isn’t true of this shoe—the tongue stays in place as I walk!
