I have had several pairs of similar shoe - Riptide clogs and sometimes 11 fits and other times it's a little short and I can't wear them. 12s are a little large. These tie shoes are the same - 11 feels too short. Why can't you make a size11 1/2 ?? They are so comfortable if they fit right.
