My husband has neuropathy in his feet, and he loves wearing these shoes! He hasn't worn them outside of the house but he certainly could; the soles are definitely indoor/outdoor. He takes an 11½, but they were out so I ordered a 12, and there's a ½inch of space in the back, so I'd say these run true to size. Even with neuropathy he has happy feet in these Keeblers! Recommend highly!
